By doing so we focus on getting you up and running on their own two feet. The coaching aspect of the service provides support should you experience any obstacles during implementation.

It is critical for your organisation to preserve the changes you make during your Digital Transformation. After implementation it is important for you to reassess your organisation's performance in order to track progress. The digital era is an ever-changing era, one where various trends come and go. In order to keep up with these changes you will need to constantly iterate through improvement cycles, practicing, learning and maintaining your performance growth. Pricing

Our offering for Continuous Performance Growth begins with a minimum of coaching hours per week. This is based on the desires and needs of the customer, should the customer enquire more coaching an agreement can be reached. The hourly rate is EURO 125,- excl. 21% VAT.
